“Atlas Shrugged” Update For Sunnyside

I made a personal inquiry with our local movie theater operator to ask them to show the movie “Atlas Shrugged”.  Today I received their reply, which in part says:

Thank you for your interest to have the movie “Atlas Shrugged”… At this time, this film is a limited release, which means there are very few prints and they go to the larger markets such as New York, LA, and Seattle first. We do not know if or when we may be able to get a print; however, should we find out that it will be booked for us, we will make sure to include it on the “Coming Attractions” page on our website…

I do appreciate the staff of the company sharing their response, while also being disappointed.  Based on my knowledge of this industry, it is unlikely this theater will be showing the movie.  However, at the end of this post, you can watch a YouTube clip from the movie where the heroine Dagny Taggart confronts a union boss.  There, I feel better now.
