Just a few days prior to Council Member Don Vlieger being seated in his office, Carol Stone objects to his presence at the Executive Session of the City Council.

Don Vlieger beat Carol Stone in the 2009 City Council election.  Only Council Member Theresa Hancock voted to support Carol Stone’s petty objection.
